Terms of Service

COIStack (“COIStack”, “we”, “us”) is a service operated by PD Studio — Prodotti-digitali.net, VAT ID IT02942000817, Italy. You can reach us at support@prodotti-digitali.net.

By creating an account or using COIStack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

COIStack is a web application that helps you record your vendors, store their certificates of insurance (COIs), and receive email reminders before those certificates expire. It is a tracking and reminder tool.

COIStack is not an insurance broker, agent, carrier, or legal advisor. We do not verify, validate, or confirm the authenticity, accuracy, or coverage of any certificate or policy you upload. Reminder dates are based only on the information you enter. You remain solely responsible for confirming that a vendor is properly insured and for all compliance, legal, and business decisions you make. Do not rely on COIStack as your only safeguard.

You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old and using COIStack for business purposes.

COIStack is currently offered as a free beta. During the beta the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, add, or remove features, and we may end the beta, at any time. Features described as “coming soon” are not guaranteed.

You keep all rights to the vendors, records, and documents you add to COIStack (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for Your Content, including any personal or business data of third parties (such as your vendors and their insurers). By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to do so and to have us process it on your behalf.

You agree not to: use COIStack for anything unlawful; upload content you do not have the right to upload; attempt to access other users' data; disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service; or resell the service without our permission.

The beta is free. We plan to introduce paid plans (starting at $27 per month). We will give you notice before any charges apply to your account, and you will be able to choose whether to continue.

We work to keep COIStack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COIStack and PD Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from an uninsured vendor, a missed reminder, an expired policy, or any compliance decision. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).

You may stop using COIStack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, Your Content may be deleted.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will let you know by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
